Had a really nice stay on vacation, everything was good. Really enjoyed the comfort room with all amenities, felt like we were home. The staff was absolutely courteous, helpful. The location was excellent and perfect, for example, a train station was close to the venue.

Handy and nice location in Tokyo inner city area, small restaurants in the local area.

our hotel was in a great and amazing location close to all the shopping areas like shinjuku ikebukuro. plus, it was next to the trains and many restaurants and shops, department store and jr train station, and a nice shopping centre. single room with excellent large beds, bedroom, as for instance accommodated us perfectly.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was weak.

Little place, exceptional staff at all times. Unbeatable and stunning location - close to a train station. Great restaurant relatively close to the hotel. Early check-in and fast check-out, parking on-site. Everything well-maintained.

Its rooms were high-class and tastefully decorated. There were a refrigerator, an iron with ironing board, and a work desk provided. Food was excellent and I have nothing but very lovely memories from this trip.

By and large, it was interesting place for sightseeing in Tokyo, had much fun and met exceptionally well trained and really helpful staff at all times. The location was comfortable and handy - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The restaurant was small, it had appetising dishes;)))

This location was convenient, close to lively area of cafes, restaurants and shopping, a nice shopping centre and streets lined with restaurants, and the Otsuka train station of the central Yamamote Line which comes in super handy. It also was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The food was brilliant - a great selection of options.

There were a little small beds in our room.

The hotel is reasonably large with very polite staff members. Impeccable service and the food is delicious. Every time we stay in Tokyo, like to stay here...

Liked Tokyo, the hotel was modern and stylish on the airport train. Efficient and cooperative personnel at all times, everything was spotless. The property was in a particularly good location really close to a station of yamanote line, and the train stations that are on the Yamanote Line for what we wanted it for. Ate at Fuji Soba Otsuka, it's just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The hotel was conveniently located near a train station, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-designed, with thoughtful amenities.

The hotel had a strict check-in and check-out policy, which may not be familiar to those unfamiliar with Japanese customs. Additionally, there was a power outage during the night, limiting activities in the room.
